Horizontal lifter for horizontal lifting and moving – flat and stable

The Foldable 1 Strap Horizontal Lifter, from KnR Medical Supplies, is used for moving patients in a stable, flat manor while they are horizontal using a ceiling hoist system. The Lifter can be shortened length allowing for easy storage. The lifter can be positioned completely horizontally or set to an angle that is required for a particular move.

Used in conjunction with the Guldmann GH3 ceiling hoist, also available from KnR Medical Supplies, and easily controlled via the lifting modules hand control. Lifting sheets or lifting straps can be used with the lifter and are attached via secure locking mechanisms found on the sides of the lifter. 

The collapsible nature of the lifter makes it very convenient to store, with either a wall-mounted bracket or a special trolley. The lifter can be connected to the ceiling hoist directly from the wall or trolley. By lowering the lifter into the trolley, it telescopes automatically. The trolley makes the lifter easy to transport between multiple rooms.
