KnR Medical Supplies Ltd. was established in 2019 and is a 100% Irish owned company set up by Kieran Browne, conducting business throughout Ireland. As a company we specialise in patient transfer and supply the products to allow the carer to have “Time to Care” with their client.
Working in sales all my life and as sales manager in the medical equipment sector for many of these years we were approached by Guldmann AC to distribute their product throughout Ireland. As I had already been certified by Guldmann in technical sales and project management it was a perfect fit to launch KnR Medical Supplies.
Once KnR Medical Supplies signed contracts with Guldmann we got a team together and completed the various training schedules with Guldmann in Denmark from Project Management, Installation, servicing etc.
Since starting in early 2019 we have provided a service from main builders, architects, schools, community residences to private residence through out Ireland gaining a larger portion of the market here with Guldmann.
Our products include the Guldmann Gh3, Gh1 and GhZ ceiling hoist also with mobile hoists , sit to stand hoists and a wide range of slings to fit almost every need. Guldmann have also launched a new transfer platform recently which is proving very popular. As a company we have added to our Guldmann range and now deal with a number of companies supplying complementary products such as changing benches, shower trolleys to name a few. Our core business remains patient transfer.
We are a family-owned business (Husband and wife) with a growing team and are run like Guldmann (also a family business) on the ethos of “Time to Care”
